Thomas Prommer is a seasoned technology executive with over two decades of experience building and scaling engineering organisations at Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups.
As Global SVP Engineering at Adidas, Thomas led an organisation of 500+ engineers, unifying fragmented regional teams into a single global engineering function powering a $9B+ e-commerce operation across 50 markets. He drove platform modernisation, infrastructure consolidation, and the digital transformation initiatives behind the brand's omni-channel retail strategy.
Prior to Adidas, Thomas served as Chief Information Officer at Sweetgreen, where he built the technology function from scratch. He modernised point-of-sale systems and launched the digital ordering platform that now drives a majority of the company's revenue.
Earlier in his career, Thomas was President, Technology at Huge (IPG), where he grew the technology practice from 50 to 500+ engineers across 14 global offices. He won and delivered enterprise engagements for clients including Apple, Google, McDonald's, Toyota, and Nike.
