HYROX 2027 Season Overview

HYROX has announced 49 races for 2027 so far, across four continents. The season opens in Hong Kong on 7 January and ends where it started: the World Championships in Hong Kong on 10 June. Expect the number to grow — the calendar fills in through the preceding year rather than landing all at once.

Races by Region

Europe (24 races)

Europe carries half the announced calendar, with races in the UK, France, Spain, Italy, Poland, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Denmark, Finland and Latvia. Riga is the newest name on that list.

North America (12 races)

Eight US races plus three in Mexico and one in Canada. Chicago, Houston, Phoenix, Miami Beach, Las Vegas, Atlanta, San Diego and Portland are on the US calendar; Cancún, Guadalajara and Monterrey give Mexican athletes local options, and Ottawa is the sole Canadian date. Atlanta, on 23 April, is the most recent addition.

Asia Pacific (11 races)

Hong Kong opens the season on 7 January and hosts the World Championships on 10 June, with events in between in Japan (Osaka, Nagoya), India (Noida, Bengaluru), Bangkok, Taipei, Incheon, Brisbane and Auckland. Auckland returns on 4 February.

South America (2 races)

Two races announced so far, in Brazil and Argentina. This is the region most likely to gain events as the calendar fills in.

Championships 2027

Worlds: Hong Kong, 10 June 2027. HYROX has it on the official calendar as the PUMA HYROX World Championships, so 2027 both opens and closes in the same city. The Regional Championship venues are still unnamed — no EMEA, Americas or APAC host yet — and this section gets them when HYROX publishes them. Planning a 2027 Race

Registration opens per event, not per season — usually a few months ahead, and the popular city races sell out fast. A date appearing on this page does not mean entries are open. If you are choosing between two races, the practical variables are travel cost, how much heat and humidity you are willing to race in, and whether you want a first-half-of-year build or a longer runway.
